Our Story
Our Story
Genuine Gentle Care LLC was founded right here in Spokane, Washington — because we saw a need in our own community. Families were struggling to find a good in-home care that felt personal, trustworthy, and truly invested in the people being served.
We've taught adults with IDD how to ride a bike. We've taken clients to Pokémon tournaments — and helped them get good enough to compete. We've gone camping and fishing together. These aren't extras. This is what real care looks like: meeting people where they are and helping them do the things that make life worth living.
For our elderly clients, our goal is simple: keep them comfortable and safe in their own home for as long as possible. We work closely with their families — keeping communication open, honest, and consistent — because we know that peace of mind matters just as much to the family as it does to the person in our care.
